Nyles at the front desk is literally carrying this whole location on his back. The best employee you guys have. It seems this location is in dire need of a manager and nyles is the guy for the job. He understands customer service and definitely needs to be in a leadership position. Give/pay him what he deserves or he should move on to somewhere that truly appreciates his work.

The hotel was squeaky clean, from lobby to room. Every member of the staff was great and actively tried to make our stay as stress-free as possible. There was some noise late in the night, but nothing too crazy.

The staff here is amazing, especially the front desk receptionist. They are all so nice and welcoming every time I stay here. The rooms are very clean and comfy. The Wednesday socials are awesome and a touch of class for guests. Let this be your next home away from home in Irving TX.

I had the best time at this hotel! It’s definitely one of my favorite hotels and will stay in my memory for a long time. The check-in process was super fast, and all the staff were very nice and seemed to truly enjoy their work here. The room and all the facilities were spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedsheets smelled so fresh and clean — I could actually smell the freshness, and it felt amazing! The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils in case you wanted to cook, plus a full-size refrigerator. They even provided dish soap, a scrubber, and a dishwasher pack — such thoughtful details! The bathroom was also very clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. I stayed here for three nights for some job interviews. On the first day, I arrived around 5 p.m. and was super hungry after a six-hour flight with no proper meal. I asked the front desk if there were any nearby restaurants because my blood sugar felt low. The receptionist kindly invited me to join the hotel’s complimentary buffet dinner that apparently happens every Wednesday for staff. She let me have some lasagna, salad, and fruit — for free! What a wonderful welcome! The next day, I asked if I could buy some bottled water since I didn’t see any in the room. The staff gave me two bottles of water and a cookie, free of charge! I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. Housekeeping came every other day, and when I returned, the room was always spotless. Fresh towels were neatly folded into little T-shirt shapes — such a cute touch! The complimentary breakfast was great too. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton before since I’m a Marriott Gold member, but I decided to give this one a try because it was a bit cheaper and the room looked more spacious and modern. I’m so glad I did — I actually really enjoyed my stay and might consider switching to Hilton in the future. In my opinion, they offer a better breakfast than typical Fairfield or Courtyard by Marriott hotels. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked (not too dry!), the bacon was super crispy, and the bread with whipped butter was delicious. I didn’t try the waffles, but they looked amazing. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this place to whoever needs a place near DFW airport!

Great hotel. Very helpful front desk staff. The young man working at the front desk was excellent The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are big and comfortable. The only problem I had was with the Mexicans lady who runs the breakfast. She is very rude and should not be working there. She demanded that we put our plates in the black bin and did not answer my questions when I asked her where the butter is. No one needs that energy in the morning. Otherwise a great place to stay near the airport!

If I could give the rooms and property 10 stars, I would - they were beautiful, spotless, and looked brand new. Unfortunately, the service was a stark contrast. We travel frequently and have never encountered a hotel with such a restrictive and frankly unreasonable towel policy: just two towels per room, per day, no exceptions. When we requested additional towels after returning from an evening out on our check-in day, we were told by the front desk staff (in an unnecessarily dismissive tone) that we could not have more than one towel per person. It’s not the hotel’s place to question how or why guests need extra towels—especially when we were preparing for an early morning—but the employee insisted she was just following instructions. The next morning, another staff member told us the same policy but handled it more gracefully. She simply asked us to bring down whatever towels we had and kindly provided four more. It really was that simple. However, when we returned later that night, we encountered the same staff member from the first night, who was even more dismissive, saying, “Like I told you last night, you can only have two.” It’s baffling that a hotel charging premium rates would enforce such an inflexible and inconvenient policy, especially with such poor customer service. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not working. We set the thermostat to 62°, but the room never cooled below 72–73°. We informed the front desk, and while they claimed they would contact maintenance, no one ever followed up. When we returned later that night, the issue still hadn’t been addressed. Instead, a small box fan had been left in the room seemingly as a substitute. For a hotel at this price point, that kind of response is completely unacceptable. That said, the rooms themselves were exceptional—modern, comfortable, large in size, and impeccably clean. It’s a shame the service didn’t match the quality of the accommodations. Can’t recommend it because of the towel issue, but it really is a beautiful hotel so it’s a shame.

Can't speak for the airport shuttle, but all these other 1 star reviews... busted. Breakfast was warm and delicious - not to mention Texas shaped waffles. Receptionist at check in was kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean and large. Highly recommend.
